Parking

Each building and area has its own parking rules and regulations, and each unit includes a certain number of parking spots. Be sure to review your specific property’s parking requirements included in your lease agreement.

Keep in mind parking clearance may vary in parking garages, and spaces can sometimes be tight depending on the building. Some buildings may also charge a separate registration fee upon arrival. And if you’re bringing a trailer, you may not be able to park it directly at your location. Please refer to your property’s description or speak with a reservationist if you have questions.

When parking around town in Ocean City, keep in mind that you may be required to pay to park depending on the area and the time of year. This is especially true during the summer months and includes the Inlet parking lot, downtown Boardwalk area, municipal lots and select areas where parking kiosks are present.

Ocean City’s ride-all-day bus system can be a convenient and inexpensive way to travel around town without having to worry about parking.
