You'll be one of the first to enjoy brand new floors, new furnishings, and an entirely remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. As the swimsuits and beach towels spin in the washer/dryer each afternoon, you can unwind in one of two sitting areas with flatscreen TVs or head out back to soak up a bit more sun in the backyard. This fenced outdoor space is a wonderful spot for your dogs to stretch their legs, offering a furnished patio for outdoor dining, a gas grill, and even kayaks to take out on the water.

In this quiet setting, Ocean City's fun and excitement are still right at your fingertips. Many great shops, activities, and restaurants are within walking distance, including Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
