Feel right at home at Beach Getaway, a fabulous 4-BR, 3-BA single family home (with Den) located between 86th St. & 87th St. in Ocean City. This spacious property sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Kitchen is open and well-equipped, to include stainless steel appliances and custom-made center island. Guests can kick back & enjoy the back yard, which is fenced-in and includes a nice deck, plenty of patio furniture, new outdoor shower, and even a fire pit for night time relaxation. The home sits on Coastal Highway and is just a short walk to the beach (1.5 blocks). Many local favorite restaurants are within walking distance from the home including Lombardi's Pizza, Bull on the Beach, Ropewalk and Liquid Assets, among others. A great place for the whole family or even two small families. Non-smoking.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 2 or 3 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property. Because this is a single-family residence located in a neighborhood of mostly year-round, single-family houses, the renter must prior to occupancy, certify that only persons related by blood or marriage will be occupying the home during the lodging period and identify all occupants by name, age and relationship or there will be no more than four unrelated persons occupying the residence during the lodging period. Also, the renter must be able to present a contract agreement upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
