Situated just off of Robin Dr. (28th St.) and across the street from the bay, this two-story property has 3 balconies and a rooftop terrace that are wonderful for enjoying the partial views of the bay. Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home on your vacation. Put your feet up and relax in the open concept living area, which features a flat-screen TV, dining space, and fully-equipped kitchen - great for relaxing together after a day on the beach. Also on that same level is a master bedroom with its own flat-screen TV and adjoining bathroom. Upstairs on the second level you'll find 2 more bedrooms (each with their own balcony space) and shared bathroom. Additional features include Wireless Internet, washer/dryer, central A/C, and 2-car parking (assigned) with overflow parking on a first come, first served basis. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
Short Walk to Beach, Rides & North End of the Boardwalk
One of the best things about Breezy Point is that you can enjoy the relaxing pace of Bayside living, yet you're a short walk, drive or bike ride from the Boardwalk and Ocean City's top attractions. When you're ready to get out and experience the sights, there is tons to do right in this immediate area. Take the kids to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park for a day of thrills - it's just 5 blocks away. Or head down to the nearby beach and Boardwalk (3/4-mile or about 8 blocks) for some fun on the ocean side of the island. Ocean City's tram car stops at the North end of the Boardwalk and can whisk you down to the Inlet in a matter of minutes for a small fee. Hungry for some local cuisine? There are dozens of delectable restaurants within walking distance, as well - such as Blu Crabhouse & Raw Bar, Embers, Higgins Crab House, Happy Jack Pancake House, and the popular Fish Tales (casual waterfront dining with fresh seafood and kids' play area).
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
Check-in is 3:00-5:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior). Linen Service not available for last-minute bookings. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products are NOT provided.
Group rentals are permitted year-round with a $1000 Security Deposit.

Linen Delivery: If you purchase a linen Package from one of our vendors, the linens will be delivered to the property on your arrival date. Linens are not installed on the beds. On Departure remove ALL bed linens (Sheets and Pillow cases ONLY), Bath Towels, Washcloths, and Kitchen Towels and place them in the bags provided by the Linen Company and place them near the front door.
