Swim in the Outdoor Pool or Relax on the Sun Deck
Head down to the beach for a day of sun and surf (2 blocks) or stay home to swim in Broad Marsh's outdoor pool (open seasonally) or relax poolside on the sun deck. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many delectable restaurants, cafes & bars in this part of town such as Dough Roller, The Bonfire, Touch of Italy, and Skye Bar. Plus, just a block away is the new 67th Street Town Center, which opened in 2013 and is home to many great shops and cafes, like Ron Jon Surf Shop, Sweet Frog, Kite Loft and more. Stuck with a rainy day? Head down to Old Pro Golf for a round of indoor putt-putt and arcade games. Broad Marsh is less than 1/2-mile from the 60th St. Bridge and just a 10-15 minute drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk.
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season. Please call and speak with a Vacation Coordinator to confirm when the off-season begins for this property.
PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival.
Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior). Linen Service not available for last-minute bookings. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products are NOT provided. Soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins) are NOT included. Be sure to add those to your grocery list.
