As a north end unit, this property features extra windows providing an abundance of light and generous views of the Atlantic ocean and beach. 312 has an open floorplan with a living room, dining area, and full kitchen for you and your family. Want to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean, just step outside onto your private ocean side balcony (accessible from both the living room and master bedroom). A second private balcony is at the front of the condo and has plenty of space to park beach gear or to celebrate the sunset. There is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy the immaculate accommodations! Recent updates include upgraded flooring throughout, fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops with breakfast bar seating. The dining area has room for 6 at the full sized table. Head downstairs for a day of fun on the beach or take advantage of the amenities! Guests of Marigot Beach 312 have access to a number of amenities at both Marigot Beach Condominiums and next door at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel. This unit is a Non-smoking unit. Additional amenities next door at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel include a coffee cafe, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, health club & spa with sauna, poolside bar, restaurant, night club, meeting and event spaces w/access to catering, and a business center. A small gaming area and a playground are also on site for the kids.)

What's Nearby:


North Ocean City is known for having a laid-back, family-oriented atmosphere. In addition to the restaurant and pool bar at nearby Clarion Hotel, there are dozens of popular restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Head south for dinner at Bull on the Beach or Trattoria Lombardi's, then cap the night off with drinks at Liquid Assets (all 6 blocks away). Or head north for lunch or happy hour at The Greene Turtle, Pizza Tugos, or The Crabcake Factory (all less than 3/4-mile away). There are also a variety of activities in the area, such as Northside Park on 126th St. (playground, fishing/crabbing pier, kayak rentals, walking paths) and Old Pro Golf on 136th St. (indoor/outdoor mini-golf and arcade - great for a rainy day!). All of this, and just a short drive or bus ride from the Ocean City Boardwalk (approx. 15-minute drive), amusement parks, area golf courses, and so much more.



Need to Know/Restrictions:


  • Group rentals are not permitted to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

  • Only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in date during the prime season. Short stays available in the off-season (3-night min).

  • No pets, parties or smoking permitted in this home.

  • Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival.

  • Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior). Linen Service not available for last-minute bookings. Linens are not installed on the beds. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products are NOT provided.
