Large & Beautiful House w/Shared Pool, Water Views, WiFi, AC, W/D

Located on a peaceful canal and just two doors away from the pools and clubhouse, 55 Island Edge Dr is Sunset Island at its finest. This well-appointed, six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath, home would be a great spot for large families or multi-family vacations, as the second floor features a huge living area, great for entertaining. Kick back in a comfortable living room that has tons of seating and opens up to a balcony on one side and a big full kitchen/dining room on the other. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a huge center island with bar stool seating and a view that looks up through the ceiling to the floors above. Additional luxuries include free WiFi, seven TVs, three DVD players, a full-size washer/dryer, and parking for up to four vehicles. When the day is done, head up to the fourth-floor deck on the back of the home for gorgeous views of the canal, bay, and Route 90 Bridge as the sky turns pink! You'll be close to the pools, the clubhouse just two doors down, and the canal front with partial bay views. Plus, you'll be just a short walk to the ocean, just five blocks away, and to the interactive fountains, bayfront beaches, and the fishing and crabbing pier. This is a four-story home with central AC, a gas fireplace, three front porches, and a rear deck with water views.

Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location on 67th St. in Midtown Ocean City. Known for its first-class amenities and quaint tree-lined streets, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. When you're ready to venture out, there are tons of things to see and do in this immediate area of town. Check out the 67th St. Town Center located two blocks east of Sunset Island, where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy some retail therapy at the Longboard Cafe, Sweetfrog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Kite Loft, Dolle's Candyland, and more. Want to enjoy a special night out or a scenic lunch on the bay? Some of Ocean City's best cuisine and nightlife can be found in this section of town at spots like Fager's Island, Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, BJ's on the Water, Skye Bar, and Dead Freddies Bar & Grill featuring a cute on-site playground for the kids. Stuck with a rainy day, or just want to beat the heat? Challenge the family to a round of mini-golf at Old Pro Golf indoor golf course or a game of bowling at Alley Oops and Ocean Lanes Bowling (all within a couple of blocks). You'll have all of this and still be just a short drive or bus ride from the Boardwalk in downtown Ocean City.
